504 Coordinator Info

 
 
Our 504 Coordinators (Intervention Counselors) assist students with 504 plans.  Intervention counselors help develop and monitor plans.  They also collaborate with school counselors, teachers, and staff to coordinate support efforts.

Alternative Setting Testing Center  

 
The Alternative Setting Testing Center in D-24 offers a space for students needing an alternative setting or extended time for testing as an accommodation stated in their 504 or IEP plan.  Students should complete the Alternative Testing form and bring it to teachers to complete.  Forms must be submitted to the teacher at least 24 hours before the exam.  Teachers will communicate with the Small Setting Testing Coordinator in D-24.   Link to Alternative Testing Setting Form
